Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) is looking to hire an Accounts Payable/Accounting Specialist at our Greenville, SC office.

The duties include, but are not limited to:

Proficiency with Quickbooks Desktop and MS Office, including Excel.
1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
1-2 years Accounting background (Certification preferred)
Reviewing invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before processing
Entering and uploading invoices into accounting software
Processing invoices and check requests in an accurate and timely manner
Maintaining invoice copies, purchase orders, and approvals
Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
Communicating with vendors regarding payment status, invoice requests, and inquiries as needed
Providing supporting documentation for audits
Assisting with month-end closing
Researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors
Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger
Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks
Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations, as well as payroll processing
Recording daily transactions in accounting software
Improving and updating processes for more efficient and automated workflows
Hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Salary Range: $28.00 - $32.00 to start
